Restore Your Core® Teacher
Heather is the only teacher in Singapore to be certified in this groundbreaking method of movement to heal and reengage the core and pelvic floor. Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive, whole-body exercise program designed to help any woman with core issues such diastasis recti (abdominal separation); pelvic floor dysfunction including stress incontinence or prolapse; post-natal issues; and back pain
RYT® - 200 Yoga Teacher
Heather has been teaching movement and vinyasa yoga in New York City, Hong Kong and Singapore since 2008. Her energetic classes are designed to build strength, flexibility and seek mindfulness through movement. Heather’s playful style and gentle encouragement will leave you sweaty with a happy heart.

RESTORE YOUR CORE® SERIES ONLINE
All of the benefits of Restore Your Core®, but from the comfort of your own home. Small group sizes, homework exercises and a dedicated chat group for questions, accountability and encouragement. Each session is recorded so if you need to miss a class then you have it available for 7 days before the next class.
What is Restore Your Core®?
Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive exercise program created for healing core and pelvic floor issues through specific guided exercises and breath work. RYC® can help resolve:

- Leaking urine when running, sneezing, jumping, coughing.
- Back and shoulder pain
- A bulging sensation in the pelvic floor
- Hip discomfort

RESTORE YOUR CORE® SERIES - IN STUDIO
Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
